Can I exchange or return my items?
Yes, to exchange or return an item, you must first request the exchange or return by sending an email to geral@promais.pt , and then, after we receive the item in the same condition as when it was sent, we will process the exchange or refund.
How can I return my item?

How long do I have to make a return?
You have 14 business days after receiving your item to exchange or return it.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. In exceptional cases, there may be items and orders where the timeframe is extended.
If there are any obstacles to shipping (stock issues, cancellations, or logistics-related issues, among others), we will contact you as soon as possible and try to resolve the problem in the best way possible.
Our shipping times are:
Mainland Portugal: 2-3 business days
Portugal (islands): 5-7 business days
Spain: 1-2 business days
Europe: 3-4 business days
