Shipping Policy
The shipping of items purchased from Pro Sportswear is done through subcontracted carriers, who are responsible for delivering your order to the address you provide. On the day of shipment, Pro Sportswear will send an email informing you that the order has been shipped, along with the tracking number.
Pro Sportswear only ships to Europe. If you wish to receive your order at another destination, please send an email to geral@promais.pt .
Our standard shipping times are:
Mainland Portugal: 2-3 business days
Portugal (islands): 5-7 business days
Rest of Europe: 3-4 business days
Any questions regarding the need for additional delivery time will be duly communicated via email.
Shipping costs are subject to an associated fee.
In the event of customs fees or delays caused by customs, these are the responsibility of the customer.
