SERVICE AVAILABILITY
The items shown on this webpage are available for delivery in mainland Portugal and the islands, and to the rest of the European Union.
CONTRACT EXECUTION
To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure and click on "Authorize Payment," and before doing so, you must read and accept these Purchase Conditions. By doing so, you are entering into a purchase and sale agreement with us (the "Agreement"). You will subsequently receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order (the "Order Confirmation"). You will also receive an email confirming that the order has been shipped (the "Delivery Confirmation").
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All product orders are subject to availability. Therefore, if any difficulties arise regarding the supply of products or if items are out of stock, we will inform you immediately of the unavailability and refund any amount you may have paid within 30 days.
DELIVERY
Without prejudice to the provisions of the preceding clause concerning product availability, and unless extraordinary circumstances arise, we will attempt to ship the order for the products mentioned in each Delivery Confirmation before the date indicated in the Delivery Confirmation in question or, if no delivery date has been specified, within 30 days of the Order Confirmation date. However, delays may occur for any of the following reasons:
• unforeseen circumstances;
• problems in the delivery area.
If we are unable to meet the delivery date for reasons beyond our control, we will inform you of this circumstance, giving you the option to continue with your purchase, set a new delivery date, or cancel the order with a full refund of the amount paid, without prejudice to any other rights you may have under applicable law. In any case, we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. According to these conditions, "delivery" shall be considered completed or the order "delivered" when the customer or a third party designated by them is physically in possession of the products, which will be evidenced by the signature on the order receipt at the indicated delivery address.
IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY
If you are not at the delivery address at the agreed time, please contact the carrier so they can arrange delivery for another day. Please note that if the product is not delivered within the stipulated time, you may be charged for product storage and any subsequent delivery attempts.
TRANSFER OF RISKS AND OWNERSHIP OF PRODUCTS
The risks associated with the products will be borne by the customer from the moment of delivery. The customer will acquire ownership of the products when we receive full payment of the amounts due in respect of them, including shipping costs, or at the time of delivery, whichever is later.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of each product will be that stipulated on our website at any given time, except in cases of obvious error. Although we try to ensure that all prices appearing on the website are correct, errors may occur. If we detect an error in the price of any of the products the customer has ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm the order with the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact the customer, the order will be canceled and you will be fully refunded. We will not be obliged to supply you with any product at the incorrect lower price (even if we have sent a Shipping Confirmation) if the pricing error is obvious and unambiguous and could reasonably have been recognized by the customer as an incorrect price. Prices on this website include VAT, but do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due. Prices may change at any time, but (except as previously stated) any changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent an Order Confirmation. Payment can be made with Visa, Mastercard, American Express cards, or via Multibanco or Mbway reference. All purchases, once completed, have a payment deadline that depends on the selected payment method. If the payment deadline is exceeded, the validity of the purchase is not guaranteed.
Value Added Tax
All purchases made through this website are subject to the applicable Portuguese Value Added Tax (VAT) rate.
